I was hired to build out the marketing team structure to support the new business strategy, efficiently allocate resources, and introduce processes to create efficiencies within the department, in addition to streamlining and managing marketing promotions to meet delivery and revenue targets.
IMC was able to stay focused on re-developing their business strategy and goals, while continuing to maintain a healthy revenue line.
